Denim

Denim is a sturdy cotton twill fabric. It is versatile and can be used for a wide range of clothing items beyond jeans, including jackets, skirts, and shirts.

Our denim manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and has an impressive production capacity that allows us to meet the growing demands of the fashion industry. With a focus on quality and sustainability, we produce a wide range of denim products, from classic blue jeans to innovative denim fabrics for various apparel like skirts, shirts and jackets. With a commitment to excellence and a scalable production capacity, we are well-positioned to fulfil the denim needs of our diverse client base while minimising our ecological footprint.

Spinning

For the past 25 years, Vorson Textiles has established itself as a leading manufacturer and exporter of yarns. Our specialised spinning units possess the capability to produce a diverse range of yarn, including Slub Core, Modal, Tencel, Viscos, Poly Core Spun, Tri Core Spun, Dual Core, Single Core, Autocoro, and many other types of yarn products. We have efficient spindles that enable the creation of these yarns from various high-quality raw materials.

We maintain stringent quality checks, use the finest quality raw materials, operate modern and well-equipped research labs, and enforce a rigorous quality control system throughout our production processes to produce premium quality yarns for knitting and weaving applications.

Garments

Our garment manufacturing unit is expertly operated and led by a dedicated team with a strong focus on delivering products on time without compromising on quality. Our garment divisions are organised into cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, packing, and inspection.

We offer a wide range of product categories, including menswear, womenswear, workwear, sportswear, and kidswear. Our entire product line is manufactured using sustainable methods, incorporating the latest eco-friendly laundry practices.

Woven

Weaving is an ancient textile art that has been practised for thousands of years in various cultures around the world. It can be done by hand on traditional looms or by automated machinery in modern textile manufacturing.

Vorson Textiles’ weaving division utilises a range of advanced weaving machinery, including rapier looms, shuttle-less weaving machines, and air jet machines. We have the capability to produce various fabric constructions and can provide products in different stages, such as greige, PFD (Prepared for Dyeing), PFGD (Prepared for Garment Dyeing), bleached, dyed, and printed, to meet customised requirements. The majority of our weaving is accomplished using yarn produced in-house, and we also leverage our dedicated supply chain department to source top-quality yarn to cater to the demands of our clients at our state-of-the-art facility.

Knits

Knitting is a method of creating fabric from yarn or thread by interlocking a series of loops. The knitted material can be used for a wide range of applications, including clothing, accessories, home textiles, and more.

The knitting division at Vorson Textiles is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery. Our advanced technical knitting equipment includes circular machines, flat machines, drawcord machines, knitting machines, and flat knit machines. These equipment allow us to stay up-to-date with industry standards. The product range includes fleece hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, tracksuits, gym wear, polo shirts, and other high-quality products. Our products undergo comprehensive laboratory testing and manual visual inspections to ensure they meet our rigorous quality standards.

Printing & Embroidery

Vorson Textiles offers a comprehensive Embroidery and Printing service for a wide range of clothing items, such as T-shirts, polo shirts, caps, jackets, jumpers, bags, and various materials. Our commitment is to provide practical solutions for your Embroidery and Printing needs by combining traditional methods with cutting-edge digital technologies.

We operate with a variety of embroidery machines, including normal, chain, and sequin embroidery. Our embroidery techniques include Satin, Tatami, Running stitches, Sequins, Applique, 3D foam effect, Chenille, and more. We utilise high-quality threads such as Madeira, Isacor shiny thread, wool thread, and matte polyester thread for our embroidery work. Our printing techniques include stamping, transfer printing, screen printing, pigment printing, and reactive printing.
